We wish you all a very happy holiday season. Here’s to a new year and a new decade! Can’t wait.
What’s coming up in 2020?
We’ll be welcoming James and Dr Thomas to the first Come Bye & Craft of 2020! It’s all about Mental Health, Well Being and how knitting/crafting helped with depression. Bring your craft along and sit with friends for the afternoon 1pm to 4pm.
Take a look at James’ blog for more – https://www.knitnibble.com/blog
Exhibitors from all over the United Kingdom will be coming together to demonstrate and sell their wares. If you are interested in fibre crafts this is the place for you! Weaving, Spinning, Crochet, Knitting, Felting – if you can do it with fibre you will find something to interest you at Fibre East. I’ll be there with all my woad hand dyed yarn and linen. We’ll also be featuring our own yarn, from local shepherds! Very exciting.
New Social Knit & Natter Classes
In January 2020 we will be opening up Wednesday afternoon 2pm to 4.30pm for Knit & Natter! You can bring along any type of craft it doesn’t have to be knitting. If you crochet, sew, embroider – you bring it and chat and socialise! We started off with Knit and Natter sessions in the mornings only, but they have become so popular I have now decided to change the afternoon teaching sessions to social groups. We won’t lose the teaching aspect entirely, Tuesdays and Saturdays will be used for classes and activities. If you’re interested in joining us for a Wednesday afternoon. email or ring the shop.
Happy New Year to you all and I wish you all the best for 2020! Stuart
