Come Bye & Craft June

Saturday 1st June 2019 12pm to 4pm

We’re taking bookings for June already! Where is the time going to? Here’s what we have planned for this month.

1.Loom Knitting Demonstrations by Sue
2. The Woolpatch Shoebox Shuffle

12-4pm: Knit, Crochet, Sew, Craft and Chat:

As usual from 12 to 4 you bring your craft and you chill and we’ll supply you with tea/coffee and biscuits/cakes. You can do as much or as little as you like during your time at Come Bye.  You can just socialise and Craft or use the time to get your head down, concentrate and finish a project!  It’s up to you.   If you want to sew, please make sure you book your place and then let us know you want to sew so we can set up the tables and electrical equipment.  You don’t have to come for all 4 hours, you can drop in and out as you please.

3pm: Loom Knitting

Sue will be demonstrating Loom Knitting. She’ll show you what loom knitting is, how it can be done to knit things! She’ll be bringing in a variety of looms for you to look at and you’ll be able to have a go yourself!

1.30pm: The Woolpatch Shoebox Shuffle

The big exhibition at blackthorpe barns this month was stunning. The quilts made by the members of the Quilters Guild (region 8) have inspired me greatly! So much so we’ve come up with an idea to get us all working together doing patchwork and having fun whilst at the same time giving to our community too. We’ll tell you more at 1.30pm!

So Come Bye & Craft!  We look forward to welcoming you. This social gathering is open to all, no matter ability. Spend time relaxing, crafting, talking together for a few hours. We’d love to see you.
